Notre Dame Football

Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team is the football team of the University of Notre Dame. The team is currently coached by Brian Kelly.

Notre Dame competes as an Independent at the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision level, and is a founding member of the Bowl Championship Series coalition. It is an independent team, not affiliated with any conference. The team plays its home games on Notre Dame's campus at Notre Dame Stadium, with a capacity of 80,795. All home games are televised on NBC.

The Fighting Irish have 13 recognized national championships, tied for first out of all FBS schools in the post-1900 era and tied for third all-time behind Princeton and Yale. A record seven Notre Dame players have won the Heisman trophy (Ohio State won 7 trophies with 6 players). Additionally, Notre Dame has produced an NCAA record 96 consensus All-Americans, and 32 unanimous All-Americans (more than any other university).

Rosh Hashanah

Rosh Hashanah (Hebrew: ראש השנה‎, literally "head of the year"), is the Jewish New Year. It is the first of the High Holy Days or Yamim Nora'im ("Days of Awe") which usually occur in the early septentrional autumn. Rosh Hashanah is celebrated on the first two days of Tishrei. It is described in the Torah as יום תרועה (Yom Teru'ah, a day of sounding [the Shofar]). Rosh Hashanah customs include sounding the shofar and eating symbolic foods such as apples dipped in honey.

The University of Texas at Austin (informally University of Texas, UT Austin, or simply UT) is a state research university, and is the flagship institution of the University of Texas System. Founded in 1883, its campus is approximately 0.25 miles (400 m) from the Texas State Capitol in Austin. LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD) is a social networking website for people in professional occupations. Founded in December 2002 and launched on May 5, 2003, it is mainly used for professional networking. As of June 2012, LinkedIn reports more than 175 million registered users in more than 200 countries and territories.

The site is available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Romanian, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, Czech, Polish, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, and Bahasa Malaysia. Quantcast reports LinkedIn has 21.4 million monthly unique U.S. visitors and 47.6 million globally. In June 2011, LinkedIn had 33.9 million unique visitors, up 63 percent from a year earlier and surpassing MySpace. LinkedIn filed for an initial public offering in January 2011 and traded its first shares on May 19, 2011, under the NYSE symbol "LNKD".

Monday Night Football

Monday Night Football (MNF) is a live broadcast of the National Football League on ESPN. From 1970 to 2005 it aired on ABC. Monday Night Football was, along with Hallmark Hall of Fame, and the Walt Disney anthology television series (that aired under various titles, including The Wonderful World of Disney), one of the longest running prime time commercial network television series ever, and one of the highest-rated, particularly among male viewers.

Go Daddy is an Internet domain registrar and Web hosting company that also sells e-business related software and services. In 2010, it reached more than 45 million domain names under management. Go Daddy is currently the largest ICANN-accredited registrar in the world, and is four times the size of its closest competitor.

Go Daddy started advertising in the Super Bowl in 2005. Since then, the company expanded its marketing to include sports sponsorships.

Go Daddy filed for an IPO in 2006, but later canceled it, due to "market uncertainties". In 2011, Go Daddy confirmed that KKR, Silver Lake Partners and Technology Crossover Ventures had closed a private equity deal.

NFL (National Football League)

The National Football League (NFL) is the highest level of professional American football in the United States, and is considered the top professional American football league in the world. It was formed by eleven teams in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association, with the league changing its name to the National Football League in 1922. The league currently consists of thirty-two teams from the United States. The league is divided evenly into two conferences—the American Football Conference (AFC) and National Football Conference (NFC), and each conference has four divisions that have four teams each, for a total of 16 teams in each conference. The NFL is an unincorporated 501(c)(6) association,a federal nonprofit designation, comprising its 32 teams.

Earthquake

An earthquake (also known as a quake, tremor or temblor) is the result of a sudden release of energy in the Earth's crust that creates seismic waves. The seismicity, seismism or seismic activity of an area refers to the frequency, type and size of earthquakes experienced over a period of time. Earthquakes are measured using observations from seismometers. The moment magnitude is the most common scale on which earthquakes larger than approximately 5 are reported for the entire globe. 

Star Trek: The Original Series

Star Trek is an American science fiction television series created by Gene Roddenberry, produced from 1966-67 by Desilu Productions, then by Paramount Television from 1968-69 (at the time of the changeover, it was Desilu/Paramount's only series not airing on CBS). Star Trek aired on NBC from September 8, 1966 to June 3, 1969. Although this television series had the title of Star Trek, it later acquired the retronym of Star Trek: The Original Series (Star Trek: TOS or TOS) to distinguish the show within the media franchise that it began. Star Trek's Nielsen ratings while on NBC were low, and the network canceled it after three seasons and 79 episodes. Nevertheless, the show had a major influence on popular culture and it became a cult classic in broadcast syndication during the 1970s. The show eventually spawned a franchise, consisting of five additional television series, 11 theatrical films, and numerous books, games, and other products.

Shisha merupakan peralatan yang dipakai untuk membakar tembakau beraroma buah yang asapnya disalurkan melalui sebuah wadah air dan diisap lewat sebuah selang.
“Kami menemukan satu sesi mengisap shisa—10 miligram (tembakau buah-buahan) selama 30 menit memberikan level karbon monoksida (CO) serendah-rendahnya empat dan lima kali lebih tinggi daripada mengisap rokok,” kata Dr Hilary Wareing, Direktur TCCC.
Pengukuran karbon monoksida dari embusan napas menunjukkan tingkat normal untuk orang yang tidak merokok adalah 3 bagian CO per juta bagian (ppm) udara atau 3 % darah tidak bekerja dengan baik, sedangkan perokok ringan memiliki 10 %-20 % darah yang tidak bekerja baik dan perokok berat sebesar 30 %-40 %.

Studi tim peneliti di Universitas Kuopio, Finlandia, dan Kaiser permanente1s Division of Research, California, AS, yang melibatkan hampir 10 ribu orang menemukan mereka yang memiliki kolesterol tinggi 240 atau lebih pada usia 40an berpotensi 66 % lebih besar terserang Alzheimer 40 tahun kemudian. Adapun mereka yang level kolesterolnya pada kisaran 200-239, 52 % lebih beresiko ketimbang yang berkolesterol lebih rendah.
